• Clients may not use LegalHub's services for unlawful purposes.

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are set in Swiss francs (CHF) and may be charged as fixed-fee packages or custom agreements.
• All invoices are due within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Delayed payments may incur late penalties or service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Full refund: If cancellation is requested before any legal analysis or work has begun.
• Partial refund: If work has started but not completed, the client may receive a proportional refund.
• No refund: Once full service or consultation has been delivered, no refund is available.

6. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, and legal outputs created by LegalHub remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

LegalHub treats all client data and project details as strictly confidential, in accordance with Swiss legal standards and attorney-client privilege.

8. Limitation of Liability

LegalHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for business losses arising from legal outcomes dependent on third parties or unforeseen changes in law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of the canton of Vaud.
